Immediate opening: workshop mechanic (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy car service centre. On the job you will handle: • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Service and replace timing belts and chains • Carry out oil and filter changes • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Own set of hand tools • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines 2+ years on the tools preferred.
