Head baker wanted in Saint Charles County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Saint Charles County, Missouri. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
