Ideal candidate: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders The role involves: • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine Performance bonus on top of base pay.
