Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Gilpin County, Colorado. The job is in a factory paint shop. Your main tasks: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer What we are looking for: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Rotating shifts.
