Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrician in Shelby County, Kentucky. You will be based in a power distribution substation. You should have: • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience You will dress and terminate wiring inside control panels; read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; test insulation resistance with a megger.
