Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Owen County, Indiana. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
