Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
