Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Morton County, North Dakota. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
