Immediate opening: mosaic tiler (Maryland)

Join our team: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Washington County, Maryland. You will work in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. On a typical shift you will apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter. What we are looking for: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
