Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in San Bernardino County, California. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
