Trailer driver wanted in Overton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trailer driver in Overton County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy distribution depot. Requirements: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel The role involves: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
