Formwork carpenter • Greensville County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Greensville County, Virginia. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
