What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
