UPVC window fitter wanted in Humboldt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Humboldt County, Iowa. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
