Powder coater wanted in Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Marion County, Kansas. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
