The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Full-time, day shift.
