On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
