You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork The role involves: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line Six days a week, one day off.
