Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile setter in South Gloucestershire, England. You will work in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. What we are looking for: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter The role involves: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away Full-time with occasional weekends.
