On the job you will handle: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
