Formwork joiner wanted in Pasquotank County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. Day to day you will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Part-time with flexible hours.
