Kitchen porter wanted in Ona Ara

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ona Ara, Oyo State. Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
