Urgent requirement: cake decorator (Ondo State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Akoko South West, Ondo State. The job is at a busy bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Full-time, day shift.
