Powder coating technician — Borough of Bolton

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Borough of Bolton, England. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
