Brick mason wanted in Newton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick mason in Newton County, Mississippi. You will be based on a busy housing site. On a typical shift you will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
