Vacancy available: powder spray gun operator (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Russell County, Kansas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
