Now hiring: falsework carpenter (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Quitman County, Mississippi. The role involves seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
