Concrete worker wanted in Perry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in Perry County, Alabama. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. On a typical shift you will cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. Ideal candidate: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
