Garment machinist wanted in Parmer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment machinist in Parmer County, Texas. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Part-time with flexible hours.
