CNC mill setter-operator • McCormick County, South Carolina

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in McCormick County, South Carolina. You will be based in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
