The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
