Shuttering fixer — Howard County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Howard County, Missouri. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
