Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Koko/Besse Local Government Area, Kebbi State. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Your main tasks: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Full-time with occasional weekends.
