Powder coating line operator • Ibadan North East, Oyo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ibadan North East, Oyo State. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
