We are recruiting: safety marshal (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Amite County, Mississippi. You will work in a chemical processing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
