Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Hall County, Nebraska. You will work in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
