HSE officer — Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE officer in Johnson County, Missouri. The job is at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Six days a week, one day off. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
