Overlocker operator wanted in Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Polk County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
