We are recruiting: food packing operative (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food packing operative in Chowan County, North Carolina. You will weigh and portion products before bagging; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton. Requirements: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Previous experience on a packing or production line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
