Moulder wanted in Ogu Bolo

Join our team: we are hiring a moulder in Ogu Bolo, Rivers State. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. Day-to-day duties: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings What we are looking for: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
