Insulation worker • Oxford County, Maine

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Oxford County, Maine. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Working-at-height certificate an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
