Now hiring: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Sheridan County, Nebraska. The job is at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Day to day you will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them. What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests 6+ years on the tools preferred.
