Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing presser in Marion County, South Carolina. The job is in a tailoring workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 5+ years on the tools preferred.
