Stainless steel welder — Habersham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Habersham County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
