Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Cibola County, New Mexico. You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Day to day you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length.
