Chiller technician — DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chiller technician in DeKalb County, Indiana. You will be based in an HVAC service company. Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Service split AC units and VRF systems Full-time, day shift.
