Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
