Assembly operator • New Castle County, Delaware

Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly operator in New Castle County, Delaware. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day to day you will snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard.
