Your main tasks: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Performance bonus on top of base pay.
