Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. You will work at an automotive components factory. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
